All Packages Include:

One-on-one attention and individualized guidance from our certified and experienced evaluators.
In-person, virtual, and hybrid options for completing your assessments.
An intake meeting to help us understand your unique situation and evaluation needs.
An individualized report with an summary of your assessment results, a minimum of two recommended job titles, and resources selected just for you.
Labor market data for one county of your choosing for each recommended job title.

Exploration Package

This package is perfect for identifying your interests and discovering how they can match up with potential careers. Often a top pick for high school students and seasoned workers considering a career change.
Your evaluator will devote approximately 8 hours to your evaluation process. This includes:
- interest and aptitude testing you complete at your own pace
- one hour meeting to discuss results and career exploration

Academic Package

This package is designed to give you an understanding of your current academic abilities. This package is a popular choice for folks considering college, training in a trade, or GED.
Your evaluator will devote approximately 12 hours to your evaluation process. This includes:
- privately proctored academic assessment
- everything included in the Exploration Package
- Interests
- Aptitudes
- Academic Ability

Comprehensive Package

This package takes a deep dive into your interests, abilities, and limitations to help find careers that are a good fit for you. If you have health, lifestyle, or other factors impacting your work life, this package was made for you.
Your evaluator will devote approximately 20 hours to your evaluation process. This includes:
- thoughtfully selected assessments for technological skills, physical abilities, and mental health concerns
- everything included in the Academic & Exploration Packages
- two hour meeting to discuss results and career exploration

Transferable Skills Analysis

A transferable skills analysis uses special software to analyze your work history and current abilities. This helps us identify other work you can perform with your existing skills.

This is great for experienced workers who are considering a career change but who don’t want to go back to school. This can also be helpful for folks who have had a significant change in their abilities due to illness or disability.

If you have a disability (or believe you have one that needs to be diagnosed), you may be able to receive our services for free through Florida’s Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). Get in touch with us to learn more. You can learn more about Florida DVR here.
As a local small business, we want support our community. To help make our services more accessible to those who need it most, we offer a 10% discount for the qualifiers listed below. An individual can stack up to three qualifying discounts.
Students currently enrolled in post-secondary school/training. Must present an unofficial transcript showing current enrollment.
Active military personnel, their spouses, and dependents. Must present military I.D. and tax return listing the person as a spouse/dependent.
Military veterans. Must provide DD-214, any discharge status.
Individuals on parole, probation, or released from incarceration within the past three years. Must provide letter from probation/parole officer or legal representative.
Low Income. Must present proof of receiving one of the following within the past 12 months: SNAP benefits, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), County Health Insurance.
As a local small business, we want to strengthen ties with other helping professionals in our community. If you are referred to us by a local provider or agency, you will receive a 10% discount on all services.
For all of our packages and services, 50% of your payment is required to initiate services. At least 75% is required to complete your final one-on-one meeting with your evaluator to discuss your results. In order to receive your final report with your assessment results and recommendations, 100% of your total must be paid. These payments may be made through our website or over the phone at each of these benchmarks.
For a service fee, you can also use PayPal to create your own payment plan. PayPal issues us the total payment up front, and you pay back PayPal over time.
Our team is based in Tampa, Florida. We provide services in-person, virtually, and hybrid. If you need accommodations to complete your evaluation, please let us know. Every effort is made to provide suitable accommodations.
In-person services are available within 25 miles of our mailing address and take place at local libraries.
Virtual services are available in all 50 States. Depending on the virtual services you are receiving, you will require: a phone, access to internet, a computer or laptop, and a camera to participate in a video call.
